What is the #1 goal every new year? Of course weight loss.

The problem is most systems do not work for the long haul. Not Jenny Craig, not Weight Watchers, not increased exercise.

Can you lose weight on those systems? Yes, absolutely but do you maintain that, or get stuck at a plateau?

We have a system that we have used in the office for 11 years, It is a nutritional cleanse program. This has been effective for hundreds of patients. There are several reasons for this.

#1. Toxicity is a major component of weight loss that is never addressed.
POPs (persistent organic pollutants) are chemicals in fertilizers and pesticides that slow metabolism, decrease our ability to burn fat as fuel, screw up our hormonal system and decrease our ability to feel “full”.

#2. The system is simple. The 30-day plan is easy to follow and only requires you to prepare one healthy meal per day.

#3. It is easy to maintain. If you go on vacation or overindulge over the holidays, there is a solution to lose the excess weight gained over a short period of time.

#4. This system helps to decrease cravings. Sugar is more addictive than cocaine. This system changes your biochemistry to no longer “need” that sugar.

#5. It increases your energy! Every patient that has used it has noticed an increase in energy within one week. This energy increase makes it easier to start and maintain an exercise program. We had patients buy a bike, join a gym and even run a marathon.
