YEAH, it is finally Spring!

Now is the perfect time to spring clean- your house, your yard, and your body.

Everybody is reading The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up and watching the author Marie Kondo on Netflix.

I want to propose a different “De-clutter”.

I want us to de-clutter our lives of chemicals.

Many of you know I went to a wellness seminar focusing on the 3 types of stress that make us sick: physical, emotional and chemical.

This month we are focusing on chemical stress.

At the seminar, the dean of neurobiology at Duke University showed us hundreds of studies showing the chemicals we eat, drink and breathe are causing cancer, obesity, Type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease, auto-immune conditions and more.

This is why I have become so passionate about this issue.

I had a new patient who was truly ready for a change. She had migraines, back pain, digestive problems, depression, fatigue, and constant aching. She had gained weight and was too tired and achy to exercise or enjoy her life. She wanted a new job but felt that was impossible with her current ill health.

We began her with chiropractic care, the Power Plate and our nutritional cleanse system. She was determined and motivated.

Within two months she was able to get off her diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, and stomach medications!

She lost 16 pounds, her sleep improved, and her energy rebounded. She bought a bike and felt well enough to train for Pelatonia! The migraines were gone and she found a new job.

These are the results we want to achieve for all of you and your family and your friends.

Often we must look at all the areas of your life to create those wonderful results.

  1. Yes spring cleaning your body is a great thing to do ! I would also add get regular massages so your not as stressed going through the process of weight loss! Thankyou for sharing! ❤
