Spring is a great time to deep clean you too.
You’ve probably noticed that magazines, the internet, and television all have articles on cleansing.
Is this just a fad or is it an important part of healthcare?
Most cultures have a tradition of cleansing. This may be a fast associated with a weekly ritual or just giving up sweets for Lent.
Cleansing is not a fad, it is more important now than ever.
We are being exposed to more chemicals in our air, water, and food than ever before and our stress levels are higher too. There is a reason Ohio has the highest breast cancer rate in the country and the US has the highest cancer rates in the world.
Not to be too blunt, but… could the fact that you feel like crap actually be because you are full of crap?
