Every July Worthington Optimal Wellness selects a charity to support during our patient appreciation day.

In the past, we have contributed to veteran’s organizations, pet rescues, the Red Cross and last year, Local Matters.

This year we chose an organization that reflects our mission to create a healthier, happier world: Simply Living.

Simply Living’s vision is to facilitate a more compassionate and sustainable community. They are a community organization that celebrates and connects people to learning opportunities that promote community sustainability, environmental awareness, and our local economy through educational outreach and partnerships within our community.

Simply Living’s focus for 2018 in Minimalism.

We’re not talking tiny houses here but ways to live more simply enhancing our quality of life.

Having the perspective of 31 years in practice, I am shocked daily at the stressors our patients and community members are experiencing.

Whether it is the burden of technology, the rapid and constant flow of information to process, the lack of natural movement, the disconnect with nature or the strain of massive amounts of choice, it is clear we have a problem.

This is impacting our health and well being.

WOW is always looking for ways to improve the lives of our patients and community members.

We stress turning off your phones, tablets, computers, and TVs. We stress turning off the news. We recommend taking walks, going to the beach, talking with your family and friends over dinner, reading books, doing yoga, going for bike rides, painting, drawing, and meditation.

While our main service is chiropractic care, we also have special exercise and movement techniques designed specifically to enhance your personal care. We have new technology that heals and quiets your brain which relieves stress. We have clean nutrition and cleansing products that decrease toxicity and help you lose weight.

We are always searching for minimal ways to maximize health.

We’ll be giving free adjustments to all of our current patients!

See more about our patient appreciation event with Simply Living in July.

We have a lot of fun we have in store for you and your families.

I look forward to helping you improve your life,

Dr. Julia Keiser
